Based on the work of Carl Jung and Jolande Jacobi, Insights uses psychometric models to enhance self-awareness and understanding of others, enabling practical improvements in workplace dynamics and relationships.
The Insight Discovery© model is registered with the British Psychological Society and holds PTC certification , allowing its application in professional development and workplace settings.
Several models worldwide are inspired by Jung’s work, and Insights© is one of the most widely used.
This model is deployed and used by certified practitioners (such as the MotivAction consultan) who are required to undergo regular training to maintain their expertise.
Process and duration
Phase 1: Creation of individual profiles – 30 minutes of independent work.
Phase 2: Understanding the Insights© model – 1.5 hours in a one-on-one session with the consultant.
Phase 3: Team-building seminar – 1 to 2 days depending on the team size.

€550 excluding tax per team member.
€3,200 excluding tax per day for the team seminar.

Objectives
Know the Insight© model:
- Identify the color energies of the model and the corresponding behaviors;
- Identify Jung’s preferences and relate them to color energies;
- Interpret your graphical profile;
- Identify the behaviors to adopt for building relationships with different profiles.
Understand team dynamics:
- Recognize each team member through their profile;
- Identify the available energies within the team: primary and auxiliary energies.
- Identify actions to prioritize in order to strengthen minority energies.
Practice the Insight© model for team effectiveness :
- Be able to classify team effectiveness attributes by color energy;
- Identify the most present team effectiveness attributes (strengths) and those that need to be reinforced;
- Choose concrete actions to improve the team’s functioning.
