Who are we?
In 2018, I established Motivaction Training & Consulting France by acquiring a license from Motivaction Training & Consulting Suisse, based in Lausanne, which has been operating since 1999.
Under the leadership of its founder, Rocco LO RUSSO, Motivaction Switzerland developed a training concept that I fully embrace and know inside out, having been a loyal client since its inception.
My profile aligns with all partners within the Motivaction network: we are entrepreneurs, managers, and sales professionals before being trainers and consultants.
The challenges our customers face daily—whether business-related, technical, or human—we experience them as well.
What sets us apart is our commitment to leading by example at all times. As business leaders, we apply the very same methods we teach and recommend, allowing us to demonstrate them in a dynamic and authentic way.
Our training programs are inspiring, and our trainers lead with the same level of leadership they display in their executive roles. Our consulting services do not revolve around producing slides but are rooted in the sharing of tangible and meaningful technical and human experiences.
