Based on the work of Carl Jung and Jolande Jacobi, Insights uses psychometric models to enhance self-awareness and understanding of others, enabling practical improvements in workplace dynamics and relationships.
The Insight Discovery© model is registered with the British Psychological Society and holds PTC certification , allowing its application in professional development and workplace settings.
Several models worldwide are inspired by Jung’s work, and Insights© is one of the most widely used.
This model is deployed and used by certified practitioners (such as the MotivAction consultan) who are required to undergo regular training to maintain their expertise.
Process and duration
Phase 1: Creation of individual profiles – 30 minutes of independent work.
Phase 2: Introduction to the Insight© model and analysis of your profile – 2 hours in a one-on-one session with the consultant.
Phase 3: Initiation of work areas – 1.5 hours.
Phase 4: Weekly follow-up – 1 hour per week.
Indicative pricing
Initial work, including profiles (Phases 1 to 3): 900 € excl. VAT.
Follow-up: 550 € excl. VAT per hour for consultant.

Objectives
Know the Insight© model:

Practice the Insight© model for team effectiveness:
- Be able to classify team effectiveness attributes by color energy;
- Identify the most present team effectiveness attributes (strengths) and those that need to be reinforced;
- Choose concrete actions to improve the team’s functioning.
